“Everything was well done. Ribs were huge, beef was tender and well seasoned. Collards had a nice vinegar tang to them that compliments the fat of the pork ribs nicely. 3 sauces are available at the table: Mustard base, vinegar base, and a red and tangy BBQ. Alabama White sauce is available upon request. All were well crafted. They had a nice select local craft beer list, and the crew was both friendly and efficient. To top it all off, the cornbread was top-notch. Sourcing local ingredients and utilizing local processing, my wife decreed it is the cornbread she hopes to make in her dreams. Would definitely return when we find ourselves around here again.”
